Enabling Request Logs

It would be nice to be able to enable request logging for Jetty.

This could be achieved by using the NCSARequestLog, which is already provided by Jetty and adding corresponding configuration properties. Or by exposing jetty's setRequestLog().

The Jetty documentation describes how to enable request logs.
