mina client can't receive message from mina server when android version below 4.4.2

The problem is about the tcp socket communication between the android mina client and the java mina server.
when android version is above 5.0, the client and the server work very well, but when I use some mobiles which are android 4.4.2 and 4.3, the java server can receive message from the android client, but the client can't receive message from the server.
