OSX WebView does not send cookies is safari cache is cleared

Until 10.10, the webview cookie store is coupled with safari. this is a problem when safari's cache is cleared, then the webview cookie store is not properly initiazlied and no cookies are sent.

furthermore we should have individual cookie stores for each app, to enhance security, even for non sandboxed apps.
