Mobilespec app hang on windows

    Description

      Mobile spec app times out on windows:
      http://ci.apache.org/builders/cordova-windows/builds/1404

      Can be reproduced by running from a directory with cloned and installed tools, windows platform and core plugins:

      cordova-mobile-spec\createmobilespec\createmobilespec --windows mobilespc
cd mobilespec
cordova run
