Update core plugin ids in createmobilespec script

    Description

      Due to recent changes in all core plugin id's (CB-8683) createmobilespec now installs old version of plugins.
      Createmobilespec script should be updated like:
      org.apache.cordova.device -> cordova-plugin-device
