Got null NATIVE_URI while set saveToPhotoAlbum true

    Description

      for camera.getPicture, if set
      sourceType : Camera.PictureSourceType.CAMERA
      saveToPhotoAlbum: true
      destinationType : Camera.DestinationType.NATIVE_URL

      we only got null return value, I was assuming I should get image saved at photo album and get valid uri back
