Add manual test page for navigator.network functionality, as well as offline/online events to the events manual tests

For ease of testing, should add a manual page where we can inspect the contents of navigator.network.connection.type.

Essentially copying over the example from the docs.

Should also add checking for the online/offline events in the Events manual page.
