Users with CoolIris Android Gallery App Can't Select Photo

For some users with Android 2.3.x runing Cooliris - the photo is not returned to the the UI. It doesn't crash the app or reload it, just doesn't get returned. Here is a log from the Production version of Untappd (2.1.3):
