Header support for PhoneGap's FileTransfer (upload)

    Description

      On Windows Phone 7, I am unable to set custom headers (such as cookies or CSRF protection tokens) for a FileTransfer.upload.

      This documentation says there's a "headers" attribute in FileUploadOptions:
      http://docs.phonegap.com/en/2.1.0/cordova_file_file.md.html#FileUploadOptions

      But this source does not implement it:
