Cordova iOS doesn't build with Xcode 10

Xcode 10 uses the new build system by default. Any project not explicitly choosing the legacy build system will build with new system. Currently, Cordova iOS fails to build with the new system. The simplest solution is to explicitly use the legacy build system.
