Platform Release: "View the changes via" doesn't work on Windows

    Description

      https://github.com/apache/cordova-coho/blob/master/docs/platforms-release-process.md#prepare-release has "View the changes via" as a second step. Executing that command gives me this though:

      λ git log --pretty=format:'* %s' --topo-order --no-merges $(git describe --tags $(git rev-list --tags --max-count=1))..master
fatal: ambiguous argument '%s'': unknown revision or path not in the working tree.
Use '--' to separate paths from revisions, like this:
'git <command> [<revision>...] -- [<file>...]'
