file-transfer call is made, but $_POST nor $_FILE arrays are populated

It worked for me using previous versions of Cordova CLI and the plugin. Now I need to make changes after 8 months, so I updated Cordova CLI and the plugins to the latest version. Once done, the issue with file-transfer raised.
