Add reflection for cordova-android 5.0.0 permission requests

As was discussed on the mailing list, the purpose of this JIRA is to add reflective helper methods to the plugins that allow the versions of the core plugins written for cordova-android 5.0.0 to still build and work with earlier versions of android (before Marshmallow)
