Description
The unit test org.apache.cassandra.db.RangeTombstoneTest#overlappingRangeTest seems to be flaky at least on 4.1 and 5.0:

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "org.apache.cassandra.db.rows.Row.hasLiveData(long, boolean)" because the return value of "org.apache.cassandra.db.partitions.Partition.getRow(org.apache.cassandra.db.Clustering)" is null at org.apache.cassandra.db.RangeTombstoneTest.overlappingRangeTest(RangeTombstoneTest.java:421) at java.base/jdk.internal.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method) at java.base/jdk.internal.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:77) at java.base/jdk.internal.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:43)
The repeated runs can be generated with:
.circleci/generate.sh -p -s -e REPEATED_UTESTS=org.apache.cassandra.db.RangeTombstoneTest -e REPEATED_UTESTS_COUNT=1000
The error seems to have a flakiness under 0.1%, and I haven't seen it on Butler.
