Cassandra Windows JDK11 not working

I'm trying to setup Cassandra 4.0 trunk with OpenJDK11, but getting below error on start up.

Also JVM_VERSION is 11, still its showing as

Cassandra 4.0 requires either Java 8 (update 151 or newer) or Java 11 (or newer). Java 11 is not supported.

  Please suggest.
