Debian Init script override HeapDumpPath from cassandra-env.sh

    Description

      HeadDumpPath can be defined in /etc/cassandra/cassandra-env.sh. However this is not taken into account as the debian init script will override it with its own patch defined as Cassandra home dir.

      We should prevent init script from overriding settings from cassandra-env.sh
