Many tests in concurrent_schema_changes_test are failing

    Description

      On the last build at the time of this writing, we have the following failures:

      • create_lots_of_alters_concurrently_test
      • create_lots_of_schema_churn_with_node_down_test
      • create_lots_of_schema_churn_test
        but I seem to remember that other of those concurrent_schema_changes_test are sometimes failing.
