Use dynamic ES port in HIFIOWithElasticTest in module IO :: Hadoop :: jdk1.8-tests

HIFIOWithElasticTest unit test uses Elasticsearch standard port 9200. But, if there is already an instance running on the machine, then the UT and thus the build fails. It would be better to use a free port to avoid that
