SqsMessage class have package private access for getters

org.apache.beam.sdk.io.aws2.sqs.SqsMessage class has package private access for all the methods which makes it impossible to access the message body outside of the beam package.

Additionally, the type of timeStamp and requestTimeStamp should be long instead of String.
