Larger Go SDK example

Functionally just a wordcount, but
1. Uses the SDF textio read.
2. Outputs a sorted sharded file with the counts.

Must be executed as part of the test set up.

Also, consider making SDF textio read the default (call the existing methods from the SDF version).
