[Go SDK] Update expansion service integration test to select version automatically

    Description

      The Go SDK automatic expansion service startup integration test currently uses a hard-coded version target to decide which JAR to download from Maven and start up. This is fine as-is; however, it could be changed to automatically select the most recent released version of Beam in the future.
