Revert change to int, use bigint in BigTable test

I changed the bigtable tests to use int, but our test wrappers don't fully support that. That change needs to be reverted. Calcite is no longer implicitly casting from int to bigint in some cases (this may be its own bug) so we need to explicitly do so in the test.
