XML parsing error thrown when editing service parameters

The following error is thrown when changing the service class name in 'Edit Service Parameters' page of the Axis2 admin console.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to axis2 administration console
2. Click on 'Edit Parameters' under the services list in the left navigation pane
3. Select a service from the drop down list and click on 'Edit Paramenters'
3. 'Edit Service Parameters' page is displayed. Edit the service class name and click on 'Change'

Actual Result:

The above XML parsing error is thrown.

Expected Result:
================
Service parameter should be changed without returning errors.
