[Rust] Re-export bigdecimal::BigDecimal as apache_avro::BigDecimal

    Description

      Support for BigDecimal has been added with AVRO-3779.

      rsgen-avro project needs the bigdecimal::BigDecimal struct re-exported as apache_avro::BigDecimal for better UX and forward compatibility.
