Atlas should encrypt LDAP/AD bind user password

Atlas should encrypt the LDAP/AD bind user password stored in atlas-application.properties file.

By default the LDAP bind user password is shown in plaintext in the above-said config file:

atlas.authentication.method.ldap.bind.password=hadoop
