Description
Some packaging jobs (I haven't checked all of them, only 3):

Are failing with:
../c_glib/meson.build:20:0: ERROR: Unknown options: "vala" dh_auto_configure: error: cd c_glib_build && LC_ALL=C.UTF-8 meson ../c_glib --wrap-mode=nodownload --buildtype=plain --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var --libdir=lib/x86_64-linux-gnu -Darrow_cpp_build_type=release -Darrow_cpp_build_dir=../cpp_build -Dgtk_doc=true -Dvala=true returned exit code 1
This is due to the change introduced here:
https://github.com/apache/arrow/commit/01e3c0a704b1522ecc4e2b9d62f8ef96e01b70fe
Some of them were fixed yesterday but there is still one to be fixed.
