data/kahadb log files

Under the path data/kahadb i see tons of logs (db-*.log files) that take up a lot of space in dev and production environments. Every few time, i need to manual clean up removing these files. There is any way to tune/configure logging/rotating of kahaDB or autoclean these files with e specific frequency?
