ColumnAgeOffFilter doesn't allow empty negate value

The ColumnAgeOffFilter only allows values of true or false for the negate option. It does not allow an empty value (which would default to false), causing the option to not be skipped and then there is a parsing error when it tries to convert the empty string to a long for the TTL.
