[DSGC] Report cummulative size of referenced blobs

    Description

      During the Mark phase of DSGC only the count of referenced blobs is reported. This task is to enhance and report the cummulative size also. 

      Also, changes should be made to consistency methods to take into account all the references available and calculate the size as is done in the sweep phase.
