Mail parser doesn't understand uppercase "CHARSET" that alpine uses.

When parsing a text with:

Content-Type: TEXT/MADEUP; CHARSET=UTF-8

The character set doesn't get seen as "UTF-8" because "CHARSET" is in upper case.
