/next frontend doesn't use the context path

Hi,

I'm using current version of the master Zeppelin branch with a context path defined with the environment variable ZEPPELIN_SERVER_CONTEXT_PATH.

The fresh new angular frontend doesn't use this variable, it's always behind /next.
