UI use the default ZEPPELIN_PORT to open web socket

    Description

      After changing the default value for the parameter ZEPPELIN_PORT, the web page try to open the ws on the default port 8080 without success because there isn't nothing in listen on this port. I tried to use the property zeppelin.websocket.port of older version but that does not fix the issue.
