Description
When a user generates a scatterplot from an SQL query, it should be possible to specify a "label" column. When the user mouses over a point on the plot, the label should be displayed.
For instance, a user might wish to generate a scatterplot comparing the average lifespan of a person living in some country to the GDP of that country. Since each point on the scatterplot represents a country, the user should be able to specify a "CountryName" column for the labels, and when a user mouses over a point, the name of the country should be displayed.
