commons-text web page missing "RELEASE-NOTES-1.7.txt"

The commons-text home page includes a link to the "release notes":

https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-text/release-notes/RELEASE-NOTES-1.7.txt

...but this page (RELEASE-NOTE-1.7.txt) does not exist.

The release-notes directory shows the prior release notes (1.0 thru 1.6), so this appears to be a simple oversight.
