Remove KMeans computeCost

computeCost was introduced because we had no better way to evaluate clustering algorithms. Since now we have better evaluation methods, it was deprecated in 2.4, with the promise of removing it in 3.0. This ticket fulfills the promise of removing it in 3.0.
