Error not displayed on the Admin UI.

While trying to upload an XML to Solr, I get an indication that there is an error while uploading the data, but there is not specific reason or error code mentioned. Meanwhile if I try to upload a semantically wrong xml, I can see the specific error displayed on the screen (which is really helpful).
