Document the Lucene spins auto-detection and its effect on CMS dynamic defaults

Lucene auto-detects whether the underlying directory is on a rotational or SSD type disk and based on that it sets defaults for ConcurrentMergeScheduler. We should document this and the system property based workaround in the Taking Solr to Production page (and perhaps also in solrconfig.xml sections)
