Evaluate Auto-scaling In Memory Mode

As discussed in SAMZA-719, autoscaling is needed to remove the burden from user of choosing how many containers are needed. One of the modes that auto-scaling works in is Memory, which is scales up when there is not enough memory in a container.

Currently this mode has been implemented, and this task is to evaluate how effective the implemented auto-scaling mechanism is.
