Move "Slerp" from "Commons Geometry"

Feature branch "feature_GEOMETRY-14" contains a Slerp class that manipulates Quaternion instances. It is a low-level algorithm (i.e. it does not depend on anything else from "Commons Geometry") and it would thus make sense to move the functionality to the commons-numbers-quaternion package.
