Azure Reporting Tasking throwing NullReferenceException

Due to a regression in the reporting task, the Azure Log Analytics Reporting task is throwing a null reference exception on start.

The following property was removed from the processor config causing the nullref 

properties.add(SEND_JVM_METRICS);
