DbcpConnectionPool service UnsatisfiedLinkError

I’ve been using nifi since 0.6.1 version. All versions I’ve been using didn’t require several instances of dbcpconnectionpool service. Unfortunately in most stable version 1.9.2 I’m facing with above error “unsatisfiedlinkerror... sqljdbc_auth.dll already loaded in another class loader. Nifi deployed on windows. This error began to happen after some successful working. Restart didn’t bring any success. And I’m stuck with absolutely blocking processors using such service. I stumble on such a problem while searching for known issue in bugs list but didn’t find any number got for it. How could it be eliminated or could you hint me on some known number in Jira bugs to track for it?
