Change legacy --with-network-isolator to --with-port-mapping-isolator

Small documentation fix to change --with-network-isolator legacy name to a more descriptive --with-port-mapping-isolator. This confusion caused a lot of time spent pulling in dependencies for an unnecessary feature for our build. Just cleaning it up to avoid further confusion in the future.
