Remove deprecated auhorization.Object.value proto field

    Description

      In MESOS-5169 we upgraded the authorization Object to now be a variant over authorizable objects instead of it just containing a single string field value. The field Object.value became deprecated with that change.

      We should remove this field at the end of its deprecation cycle.
