Remove redundant calls to AcidUtils#getAcidState in Worker and CompactorMR

AcidUtils#getAcidState is called in the Worker before CompactorMR#run and again inside CompactorMR#run. Since it's costly to call, we can pass the value as an argument to CompactorMR#run.
