    Description

      Adding methods to a Public interface is ok for a minor release, removing methods is not. We need to restore 

      abstract method boolean bulkLoadHFiles (
    Collection<Pair<byte[ ],String>>, boolean, Region.BulkLoadListener)

      to the Region interface in order to maintain binary compatibility.
