Appium test runner should not use deprecated Appium server args

It's better to use desiredCapabilities and pass them to Appium server instance from wdHelper.js because:

1. The support for deprecate args wioll be dropped sooner or later.
2. it allows us to work around the bug with `executeAsync` function not working on real iOS devices
