Add metrics for interrupted compactions

To be able to track how often we interrupt compactions (for example when starting anticompactions) we should add a few metrics;

• number of interrupted compactions
• number of bytes written by interrupted compactions

We currently count an interrupted compaction as completed, which should change with this
