downgrade "Failed to remove job staging directory" log level

"Failed to remove job staging directory" is being logged at the error level. This is misleading because IIUC this shouldn't be a critical error most of the time (it wouldn't cause a pipeline to fail, for instance). I think warn is more suitable.
