Convert inappropriately numbered lists to bulleted lists

IN https://beam.apache.org/documentation/execution-model/, under Serialization and communication, lists of possible transfer methods are formatted as numbered lists instead of bulleted lists. Numbered lists are appropriate for sequential lists, such a set of instructions.
