HdfsFileSystem is unable to match a directory

FileSystems.match method should be able to match a directory according to javadoc. Unlike HdfsFileSystems, LocalFileSystems behaves as I would so I'm assuming this is a bug on HdfsFileSystems side.

Current behavior:
HadoopFileSystem.match("hdfs:///tmp/dir") returns a MatchResult with an empty metadata

Expected behavior:
HadoopFileSystem.match("hdfs:///tmp/dir") returns a MatchResult with metadata about the directory
